New H+ product!

First, I would like to thank those of you who have sent me a note in response to last week’s blog “A story of a lost friend.” I am grateful to receive responses, even from those of you who have disagreed with my words of caution about our civil liberties being under threat. I appreciate you all, and trust that most of you will be able to separate my contribution to canine and human health from my editorial about the current state of the world.

Based on the feedback I have received, only a few people would like me to stick to dogs and dogs only, and while I love them and will continue helping, I also believe that their well-being rests upon the state and well-being of people and our society. Hence, I will continue to do my best and speak on the topics I consider important and feel passionate about.

So far, I have been able to succeed in helping dogs and their people, stay healthy and drug free at the age of 57. I am at a healthy body weight, and my life is fairly balanced between my work, my hobbies and spending time with those I love. Of course a big chunk goes to Pax!

Naturally, I love sharing what I have learned during my time here on Earth. I have always had many interests, and I like to evolve as a person and help others where I can.

I also promise that I will not refrain from sharing my struggles and challenges either, as I do not want anyone thinking that my life is a walk through paradise. It is not! Sh!t happens, and there are many people willing to throw a stick or two under my feet. There is enough human dysfunction, including my own, to keep me busy while trying to run a company with a team of 25.

Am I sometimes frustrated with the state of the world, and people who think there is only one “right” opinion? Oh, yeah. Do I feel low from time to time? Absolutely. I just know that’s part of life sometimes, and when the poop hits the fan, all I need to do is go for a walk or a swim and all my emotions will settle down and the solutions will crystallize. I also do my best to reduce my news consumption because of the negativity and propaganda in most outlets.

This really got me going, didn’t it?!
Which makes me think that I should keep the rest of this newsletter short.

I wanted to give you an update on the NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide) trial in dogs. The study is almost over, and so far we have had no reports of negative side-effects and have already received some positive news. However, I can’t give you any more details until we process all the data to see how our canine seniors in the trial benefited.

That said, I have more news on the NMNPure H+ front, which is another product we are launching in our human line.

So far, we have launched GreenMin H+FeelGood Omega H+ and now we are launching NMNPure H+.

NMN has been sold as a human supplement for a few years now, and I have been taking it myself for the past year.

The reason why I decided to add it to the H+ line is that it is an ingredient that is susceptible to quality fluctuation on the market, and I wanted to be able to offer you a high quality NMN product you can trust.

This is why our new NMNPure H+ is triple tested for purity: once by the manufacturer, and twice by us in two different labs.

Maybe, but I want to ensure that our NMN is pure.

Here are more details on why am I taking NMN, and why you may want to consider taking it too.

I first learned about NMN by coming across the book Lifespan, written by Harvard professor, David Sinclair, who specializes in aging. David’s writing makes a lot of sense, and despite being 50 years old, he easily appears to be in his late 30’s. He is taking 1gm of NMN daily.

Research over the past 10 or so years suggests that NMN is capable of slowing down the aging process by jump-starting our mitochondria (the energy unit within our cells), and increasing sirtuin enzyme production, which slows down aging and protects cells from DNA damage, reducing the likelihood of cancer.*

NMN has been shown to double the life expectancy of yeast cultures, and increase the lifespan of mice by 25%-50%. The confirmation of life and healthspan benefits for humans is still pending because human lives are much longer, however there are some promising results in a study of a group of men over 65 years old that demonstrated a significant increase in exercise tolerance.*

Who is NMNPure H+ good for?

Anyone who is above 40 years of age, as we lose about 50% of our NAD (Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) by the age of 50. NAD is the main energy source for every cell in the body.

How does NMN increase NAD? It is its precursor, meaning NMN is converted into NAD within the body.

What changes have I noticed in my own body?

Personally, I have noticed increased mental clarity and better memory, and I am now back down to my college weight of 73 kg. I have also noticed a dramatic decrease in inflammation of my muscles and joints in general, better back strength, and greater stamina.

Since I began taking NMN, many of my friends and family saw the benefits it offered me and are now taking NMNPure H+ too. If you’re wondering about whether you should try it, and you are over 40, I really think you should.

I want to share one more thing about NMNPure H+:
purity is not cheap!

We do not make much money on this product, but I still want to offer it because when I look around no one is resistant to the general deterioration of old age. Most seniors are achy and inflamed, their memory, hearing, and vision have declined, they repeat themselves when they talk, and gradually lose their ability to enjoy life.

They may live longer than seniors did 50 years ago, but their healthspan is still shorter than it can be. As they say, life is a terminal disease, but there is still much we can do to sloooow aging doooown.
